What exactly is flatbread?

Generally it is an unleavened bread that is very crisp. Usually it is heavily flavored, for example with parmesan cheese and herbs, but not always.

It is crisp and cracker like.

There are other styles that are more along the lines of a pita.

so the disney flatbread is crisp like a cracker? around here it's more like foccacia ..anyone know what the flat bread at Chefsde france' is like? was thinking of getting that but not if it's like a cracker

i don't know about the flatbread at Chefs de France, but the ones at Spoodles and California Grill are very good. they are like foccacia there at least.

The flatbread at Jiko is amazing....and so is everything else!
