FL Tours or Mears Limo, quite a price difference....

I've read quite a few threads about FL Tours, with regards to transportation to/from the airport/Disney hotels.

Most seem very positive. My question relates to the price difference between FL Tours and Mears. FL Tours indicates $129.00 round trip whereas Mears gives their rates in one way increments, in this case $82.00. So $164.00 v.s. 129.00. That's a nice chunk of change that we could spend on Disney drinks.

The Itinerary Planner for the Beach Club recommended Mears and did quote the same $82.00 rate.

Any thoughts as to why such a price difference? Is there something special about Mears or something wrong lurking with FL Tours? We don't want to use ME, and we don't need a grocery stop.

I've used Tiffany and Happy Limo before...sorry but never again.

I have used Fl Tours fairly recently...last June. I had absolutely no issue. Our driver, Kenny, was wonderful. A bit chatty but other than that, great.
Here's the thing....you can have wonderful service with any company..and then? You could have a bad experience with the same company. I have yet to see any one company discussed here that has 100% complete satisfaction.
I can't say why Mears is so much higher...I've never used them other than their shuttle bus service.

You might want to check Happy Limo also. We have used them several times and they have always been great.
