Hi all! I just got a $40 CDN ($28 US) credit from my CM party. And don't know what to buy? I have and love my Fiskar cutting system ~ I have a 12 inch flat cutting board and the round cutter with 4 templates. I do like the ease of the CM circles and ovals ~ mainly because of how easy it is to do matting and layered matting. But the total would be about $80 CDN (about $55 US). I would like to get the corner trimmer for CM, that leaves me with $28 CDN ($20 US). Should I can the CM circles and ovals? It would start to get expensive. What do you think? S

if you already have the fiskars and you are happy with them, then I can't really see buying another cutting system.

I don't use a lot of CM stuff, but the 2 things I have that I do really like, are the personal trimmer and the pen set (I have the thin tip you get about 8 colors), I've also heard good things about the square punch set.

I love all CM tools! I think I have all of them. I love their circle cutter but personally if I already had a cutting system that I liked and used I wouldn't get another one. Did you see the square cutter? I love it! Use it for all kinds of things. Also I really like their personal trimmer. I also just purchased the Titletopia...haven't used it yet but it seems like a inexpensive handy little thing to have
Hey Sandy....It does seem like the scrapping bug bit you! HAHAHAHA Gotta love it! :)

I bought the titletopia yesterday & used it yesterday :)! A CM consultant came to my home to show a scrapbooking friend & me the newest items. After the consultant left, my firend & I scrapped all afternoon - we were definitely each others incentive & inspiration!

I've found that the easiest, quickest and cheapest thing to use when cutting circles and ovals is the Coluzzle. That, along with a small CM paper cutter and the 12" Fiskers cutting thingee is all I need.

GrammieMame,

I totally agree with you. The Coluzzle is the best. It is inexpensive and takes up no space to store it since it is only about 1/8 of an inch thick. I have several different shapes and my mat has lasted about 3 years. I just bought a new one for $1.99. I really think if anyone wanted to buy a cutting system, this is the way to go.

I am bad :(
I can't commit-
I have Fiskars circles, CM ovals, and now I bought a beginners coluzzle (beacause I love all the templates that are available!)
I don't dislike any of them :)

If you have to order CM - have you seen the new circle punch, tanzanite album? (I LOVE my corner rounder so that is a great choice).
