I don't know how much of a discount you get for DVC.
$100 off per Adult AP. It's the best DVC perk in my opinion.

I haven't compared lately. What is the price difference between a 10 day hopper with no expiration versus an AP with the DVC discount? If it's pretty close I'd be inclined to go with the AP because of the other discounts you don't get with DVC; i.e. 50% mini golf, and resort room discounts if you ever need one.
What about AP? Or just free parking even?

Don't DVC members get free valet parking or something like that? Jen...make sure you tell them you have a rental car...![]()

A 10 day park hopper with no expiration is approx $517. A regular annual pass is approx $497 and a premium annual pass is approx $635. DVC members save $100 per annual pass, so that brings the prices down to $397 and $535. The DVC discount makes the annual pass a very good deal. These are the prices for the adult passes. I don't know the prices for kid passes. I hope this helps a little.
AP gets you free theme park parking. It doesn't get you free valet parking. DVC gets you free valet at the DVC resorts. TiW gets you free valet at all the resorts provided you have an ADR and can produce a receipt when you pick up your car.
AP holders get free parking at the parks but not valet. I'm not sure, but for some reason I though DVC members only received free valet at resorts with DVC rooms? Correct??
Isn't the free valet for DVC members only at other DVC resorts?![]()
That it is friend! That it is![]()
I'm having this dilemma, should I buy annual passes or 10 day hopper with no exp. ? I want to just chill over xmas and I don't want to feel like the AP is burning a hole in my pocket. But I don't want to feel like I have to stay in the park all day when I use a day of my 10 day hopper. Decisions Decisions!

Yes, but when Valet is FREE, why not?

It was a lot of fun, but it sure was crowded! It seemed like everywhere I walked I was dodging people. They played a variety of music from the 70s to today's music, plus all that fun wedding music...Ya know, chicken dance, hokie pokie, etc. We danced pretty well, but most of the time DD8 was dancing with her friends.
I have a few pictures to post when I get around to it.
