Good afternoon everyone! :wave2:

I've been to yoga class like a good girl. I'm thoroughly stretched and bended (and sore already). ;)

I started this about 6 weeks ago, but wasn't able to go for about a week and a half because I had that stomach bug. Today was like starting over, but it felt good to make myself go.

Phillip is doing his weekly search and rescue training with Greta (our youngest German Shepherd). As soon as he gets home, we're going carpet shopping for our family room! I'm so excited. This nasty carpet was in this room when we bought this house almost 9 years ago and I cannot stand it one more second.

Brandie, I just mentioned to Phillip last night that I may have to break down and do some tanning prior to the cruise too - even though I really don't want to. I tried on some shorts the other day and, although I bought them for the trip, my legs were glowing this scary white neon light! (Not sparkly, mind you. Just very, very pale.)

I am going to go tanning as well - probably not until next month. I'm not scary white, but, I don't want to get sunburned while on the boat and be miserable - that happened the first time I went on a cruise. I was out on the deck the first day and didn't even realize I was badly burnt until later on and it affected the cruise.

Since we are coming in Friday instead of Saturday I've gone ahead and booked at AKV (Kidani Village). I wanted BCV because we are there on Saturday night. We'll just switch resorts. No big deal.

Hii Dodie!

DW Kim just started doing yoga with the Wii and the yoga mat. She's seems to be taking to it.

Thanks!! I have a coupon for free chocolate fondue, which I don't really need. Maybe I can find a better coupon.

We always get the Fondue For Two, and not the Big Night Out. I'm really not into seafood that much and it's a bit less expensive. Plus when you add in free desset you can't go wrong.

Me too, but I hate making hard boiled eggs. For some reason the smell totally grosses me out.
DH hates them too - I just finished them and he said they smelled like "pig vomit". He couldn't tell me where he last smelled pig vomit. I thought they tasted wonderful.

Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit's Date Night!:woohoo:
DH has to work tonight. I am dropping DD3 off with my folks and having "date night" with bratty DD15. I just don't think it will be the same :sad2:

Hey Nicole...I got the things you mailed to me today! :thumbsup2

Went tanning...ahhhhh...I have missed my 10 minutes of doing absolutely NOTHING...:goodvibes

I also went swimsuit shopping. :scared: I've tried a few different stores but ended up at Kohls this morning and scored 2 suits! I'm undecided on one of them...but DH really likes the other one.

First one This is the one that DH really likes
Second one top (bought in black, not brown)
Second one bottom (bought in black, not brown)

Another bit of advice, the thermostats don't have temperatures on them. If you are too cold or too warm, ask your stateroom host or maintenance to adjust your thermostat. They are a range of temperatures and can reset it just for you.

AWESOME! I was a tad warm on the last cruise. I like it cold when I sleep.

I love both of those. I really like the colors of the first one and can see that looking great on you. The bottoms are so cute on the second one.

Ok here is a confession about my swimsuit shopping. I found a really cute suit at Target but I did not like the bottoms. So I was just going to buy the top and get a skirt type bottom. Well I didn't check the the skirt bottom until and I got home and wouldn't you know it was just a skirt coverup. I would have put on quite a show. DH just laughed at me and said he didn't mind but since it is a Disney cruise they would probably have a problem with it.

I have another manly question. I am looking for a new lipstick brand. The one I have been using is very creamy and feels good going on, but I haven't been able to find it around lately. I wanted to get some new colors for spring and summer and a certain cruise I am going on in 56 days.

Any suggestions?

Kim
