Ask tracy ?

I have been listening to the podcasts and it seems Kevin, John and Pete like arriving to the port to get on the boat later on around 2 or 2:30pm...I think I would like to arrive around this time as well. We are staying at the Dolphin Hotel on May 9th. do they have a late check out? and if so what time can I push it till?

thanks!

ASK TRACY

Good question. I'm sure Tracy can help you out with that?

Neither one is taking care of the antivirus 360. Got any other suggestions for me?

Ahhh...gotcha. I wasn't paying attention to your problem. That program is almost impossible to get rid of and a big pain in the behind. I've had about 20 people at work download it on their computer recently. I get rid of it by imaging their machines (wiping it out and putting a clean OS install on it). Check google for ways to get rid of it, lots of good info but you might have to remove some registry keys and manually delete some files.

Poor John! I sure hope he is feeling better soon. How long did they say the recovery usually is?

From what I know it's about a week before they are up and around.
Eight to ten for fully back to normal.
He has to get beeter fast.
I just got a call.
Have to leave for a few days.
My Biological father is on his death bed, they say it won't be long now.
So I need to take the boy's and go.
I have to see him one last time.
Our relationship is strained to say the least.
My boy's don't know him, so this will not faze them, I might even be able to get someone to watch them while I go to see him.
He lives 2 hours away from here.
He is near the family farm though.
I am taking the boy's down there for a couple of days, to make maple syrup.
I am not lucky like Nicole, I don't have a laptop.
There's no computer where I am going.
I bet this thread will be closed by the time I get back.
I will be leaving either tomorrow or Monday.
When I leave will depend on how John is doing.

I'm probably going to start next month.

I am going to start next week. There are a couple places I want to check out.

I finally am going back on Monday. It's weird how you miss it.

I know. I have been to the gym all week either and I am itching to go back. I was going to go today until the sickies invaded. I think it is just a cold.

I am getting my iPhone on Monday. Are there any accessories that I need to get?

Becky

It's not that I don't like my in-laws. They dont' really like me. :confused3
No, it's not the end of the world. I'm sitting in a chair right now that smells like a dog's butt, but otherwise, life is good.

And, we are making quite the impression. The MIL thinks my kids are a tad spoiled. So, as I am sitting here on my laptop, DD8 gets out her laptop. Then DD11 gets out her laptop. The three of us are sitting playing our laptops. In defense of my spoiled children, my dad gave DD8 an old laptop, and DD11 got our old one.

My FRIENDS on the DIS need to stay active today on this thread to give me something to do.

:lmao:

Well, MIL DID fix my sweatshirt, so she scores a point from me. When I couldn't get pregnant, there HAD to be something with me. When she comes to my house she tells me my kids are brats and spoiled. She tells me that she wishes she had a week in my house so that she could clean it (it's clean, just not organized the best in all places, you know, the basement storage room). DH is a better cook. So MIL just thinks DH can do no wrong, and he's too good for me. I told him to tell her how good I am in bed, and that'd shut her up :)

You two are a roit!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

George, I'm jealous of your dad. I work for Verizon and I still don't have FIOS TV. I am anxiously awaiting it. Verizon has to do a contract with the city. I have been waiting and waiting. Some day.

Kim

He's getting it, my sister can now get it, but I can't. I'm in the same boat as you. As you know right now all I get is what my inside antennas can pick up from Boston and Providence. It's actually plenty of TV.

I'm actually happy to be on the sidelines waiting and putting the savings in my pocket (for Disney). The only thing I'm missing right now is some games on TV. If I have to watch them I'll just head to the bar. :drinking1

I am sorry to hear this Katherine. I will keep you in my prayers.

DD just saw my post. 55 more days until the cruise she yells. MIL says, "you're going on a cruise???" Did I mention that MIL thinks that my children are spoiled??? Did I mention that MIL thinks that I am ridiculous that I go to WDW so much. She says to James, "Does Nicole not realize that there are other places in the world to visit?" DUH, I go to Epcot!

Some people just don't get it. Why can't they be happy that you found a place to go where you have fun?

Good morning. It is going to be a long day. Mom and I make our own spaghetti sauce and today is the day. I am on a break right now. After chopping up a large onion my eyes need a break from the kitchen. A huge pot is on the stove right now simmering. We let it go for at least 3 hours. After it is finished cooking we are making a lasagna with the fresh sauce. Then we have to portion it all out for freezing. A lot of work, but it is worth it.

So what is everyone else doing today?

Kim

Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit's Date Night!:woohoo:

Those same exact word have come from my mouth!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

yum! deviled eggs - going to make some now! see how easily influenced I am?? As for boiling the egg (I really hope you were kidding but just in case you aren't), boil the egg in salt water for 10-15 min and then soak in ice water for the shell to be removed easily. I was a teenager when my big sis first called home to ask me how to boil an egg. I thought she was kidding. After I picked myself up off the floor from laughing so hard, I explaining these same steps to her and she's been cooking them ever since.

 Now you're gonna get me started on deviled eggs. Oh baby. Great idea Stacy.

My process is a little different. Once they are to a boil, they go for 10 minutes, and drained. I then grab the hot little buggers one at a time and run then under cold water. I can usually get the shell off in two pieces in ten seconds total, a doz in about two minutes.

Hope I have dry mustard. :)
