I did Cathe's Low Max step-only premix today. I still get wiped out so quickly, but I'm starting back with a full-on (although still less-intense) rotation tomorrow.

I need to add some lifting, because I know I've lost some strength. I think it'll be Cathe's PUB and Core Maxs' med. ball/stab. ball section.
Today's a bit of a sad day, no? I grew up @ 1.5 hours from NYC, and had three friends in the WTC on September 11, 2001. Sadly, one did not make it out alive. I'm thinking of you today, Jim, John and Lisa.
