Firm Thread Sept. 1-30th

Good morning was just about finished with Fat Blasting cardio with Lisa from BSS3 when DD woke up. This is a good 35 min workout. I use the transfirmer instead and if you use the high step it's a good cardio workout. Plus the weather has been cooperating so I've been also trying to walk every day. Of course I'm so PMS my waistline looks like I'm due any minute!
 
Yesterday I had to go to a 6 hour tax class so it ended up being a rest day. This morning I did Step Jump and Pump, but the power went out with about 10 minutes to go in the workout. I just did abs and stretch by myself. I may try a 5-mile run tomorrow; haven't run that far in a very long time.
 
Hi Firmies,
Last night I did 4 miles on the TM and tonight was FIRM upper body (the old one that is a compilation). Its so funny doing the old stuff. They think they are so cutesy and try bouncing and doing dance moves with strength moves. Its a tough workout, but I basically just did it without all the fancy moves. I'd rather concentrate on my form then try to jump around and look cute.

Hope everyone is doing well. I'm starting to get back into the groove. Since Tuesday I've ran 2 nights and did strength tapes 2 nights.
