Firm Thread Sept. 1-30th

Hi s&k's mom~ I did a 30 days in a row exercise challenge. It was not easy because there were days where I was so tired, I couldn't think straight. On those days, I tried to get in a less intense workout like walking so that at least I was doing something. I'm thinking about doing another one in November because we are heading to WDW in December, but I need to see how October goes first. ;)

Hi guys!

I am taking an unplanned rest day today--my nephrologist added two new meds (one of which has drowsiness as a side effect), and although I was fine yesterday, I'm just really exhausted today. For the first time in as long as I can rememember, I think I'm going to take a nap.

S&k'smom, I usually do something that just really makes me feel good. A good book a good movie, playing with the kids. All of that pumps up my energy. I hope you can find your source!!!

Today I did lowmax premix #2. I'm still congested and it is hard to get breathing right! However, I finished it and was still a drench fest. Anyone have a bucket???????? LOL.

Well, I woke up this morning peeing blood, so I'm off to see the nephrologist at 9:30. I've reaaaaaaalllllly had enough of this. :mad:

I'm guessing no working out for me for at least a few days, but I hope the rest of you FIRMies have a wonderfully happy, healthy Wednesday. :sunny:

Kim you and your pee!!! Post as soon as you can and give us an update.

I've decided to wallow in misery another few days and start fresh on my eating and working out. I'm gonna try a cleaning diet and last tiime I did this it worked very well. I just got to realize I need to stay away from certain foods and even if it kills me work out.

Infection not covered by the myriad of other antibiotics I'm on right now, Dr. thinks. Why? Who flippin' knows anymore, I'm just tired of it, and wish I could get this stupid kidney yanked right out of me!

Hi everyone,

Well don't fall off your rocker, but I did Total Sculpt plus abs last night. I am in need of some serious inspiration and help in getting myself back on track. When I get going there isn't any stopping me, but getting going is my problem. This WISH Biggest Looser challenge is really helping me. Hopefully I'll be back to full TIME FIRMing and Running.

Total sculpt was easy and hard. Easy because its really one of the easier sculpting tapes in my opinon, but because I haven't been doing much lately I still felt it. That's why I went back to the basics of where I originally got hooked on the FIRM. I figured I'd get back on track slowly.

Kim- I hope you get your kidney thing fixed. That doesn't sound good at all.
 
Hi everyone! I actually got back from Las Vegas a few days ago, but I haven't posted because I've been in a serious funk since I got back. I couldn't figure out what was wrong until TOM arrived yesterday, then the light bulb went off in my head. Yeah, sometimes I little dense. :) Anyway I'm already starting to feel better.

Yesterday, I got back to working out with JFArms and JFAbs. I was feeling weak and tired and initially thought it was because of the week-long layoff. Today I had more energy and did Step Blast. Great workout, but I find if my mind starts to wander, I get lost in the choreography.

I come home to find TEMPTATION in the form of Cathe's new DVDs. I am seriously considering pre-ordering them because they are such a good price, plus ordering a couple I've really wanted. I figured I can always try out the new ones and if I don't like them I can sell them for at least what I paid. Decisions, decisions.

I did hight step challenge today. I really like this wokrout. Cathe really knows how to make you body work and sweat!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was dog tired when I finished :goodvibes

Good afternoon ladies. I did the Timesaver workout today and combined 2. I did the cardio only of #2 and #4. I realized when I finished I had lost my mind!!!!!!!!!

Good afternoon all! I'm still easing back into exercising today with Aerobic Body Shaping. Tomorrow will be a run or maybe LowMax if I'm feeling really energetic.
 
Well tomorrow's my last day of self imposed rest. I get back into exercise and better eating Sunday. Being a little OCDish myself having a set day helps.

Well.... I haven't had much time to exercise this week and I've been medicating my down feelings with lots of junk food. :( I'm very afraid to get on the scale. I'm hoping that I will get some time this weekend for a good workout and that I will get a chance to plan the week ahead.

Well I've been up for 2 1/2 hours and I haven't cheated on my diet yet! Got in about 20 mins of Taebo and plan on longer workout tomorrow. I think the pizza last night put me over the edge.
