Finally made the concierge decision

Well, after many discussions about if we wanted to try concierge this time and which resort to go with if we made the decision- our minds are finally made up. We had looked into concierge at WL, AKL and the Poly and just today DH called and changed our reservations at CR (garden wing room) to the Poly concierge for 7 nights!! I am SO excited and really looking forward to this.
It will be our very first time at this resort and doing concierge and it seems that there is a lot to be excited about!
I am a little confused about what to do next. Will I get a call from someone in concierge or do I need to call them myself? We have a few PS arrangements that we would like but I don't think they're the really hard to get restaurants. Any advice someone has to offer about the resort and/or concierge CM's would be appreciated.

I hope you have a wonderful time at Poly concierge! I have stayed there twice, and I loved it both times. It's a wonderful resort with a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The concierge CMs have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Be sure to check out the "bitten by the concierge bug" thread for lots of input.

Oooooh! One of our favorite resorts! Hope you have a great time with the concierge - we love the lounge. And I hope you get a lagoon view - so nice to see the castle change color at night.

You may not want to wait to call concierge - sometimes they get in touch with you and sometimes they don't. We are leaving a week from today and when we got home today we had a message on the phone from the concierge at the Contemporary asking the time we would be arriving and if we wanted any reservations made. I had called concierge at the Boardwalk since we are also going there and made reservations weeks ago.
