Finally - Got SW but have a question

Finally got a ding from my hometown to Orlando so I booked it. Still seems expensive though so I have a question - if there is another ding for the same time period for less - will I be able to make the change and receive a credit? And if so - how do I do it? Thanks!

Yes you just get a credit but it will last a year I believe. I already did this.

I was going to ask the same type of question. I just booked on Friday and with the new Ding, I can save about $40 total one way - the return flight is not available on the ding. Can I call and get my credit now and get another credit if it drops again?
