FINALLY COMPLETE! 10/3/2010- But Why is the Rum Gone? Disneyween 2007

I'll pack my poncho AND my raincoat just for insurance!

We should be safe, then!

Have an amazing time Crystal! Embrace that inner pirate and let loose and have a kungaloosh haha. :lmao:

Crossing my fingers for no rain!

I will be Kungalooshing in less than 72 hours!!!

I too am jumping on the poncho train! Ya never know and if we all bring them we can all just have them taking up room in our bags...here's hopin! See you next week Crystal!!!!!!

And if all else fails, we can all get together and build a giant ponch fort!

Yes I agree that it is pretty expensive in Orlando...but maybe look in the not so touristy and/or not downtown areas? Or in Kissimmee? Or maybe by UCF...cheap college rent and all? Good luck with that.

The video of your kitty is so cute! And when I heard your voice (or whoever's voice is was) on video, I couldn't believe it...it sounded just like I do! Freaky...

I'm not sure how Disney employees afford rent! Rent here where I live is around $350-400 for a 1br, vs $700-800 near Orlando!

That's me on the video! Thankfully I sound semi-normal... on most videos I seem to have allergies, and sound like a cross between Darth Vader and a chain smoker! :rotfl2:

I'm packing ponchos too.........so if we all have them it won't rain right?
Have a marvelous trip Crystal................in 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't believe your cat & the tp & pt's. Wow.......she has skillz.

And then we can all duct-tape our ponchos together to build an apartment for me to live in! :thumbsup2

Lily is the kitty to call if you have a roll of toilet paper that must be destroyed! She's also great at attacking invisible aliens, and keeping beds warm.

New siggy rules are in effect!

D'oh! I think I've got it mostly fixed now. I think the Disneyween logo ate all my space!

have a GREAT trip!!! i'm so jealous. i can't wait to hear all about it!!! :goodvibes

I'll keep an eye out for your crew at the Adv Club on Halloween. Hopefully you'll be easy to spot, but keep an eye out for a dude in blue scrubs with a skull and bones skull-cap, and probably an eye patch.

$300-400 a month! :scared1: I don't think you would be able to find anything that cheap down here by me! I thought 700-800 was pretty cheap. Most rentals here in south florida are 900-1000 at least for a 1 Br...even the not so nice areas are around 600-ish.

Tell me about it! When I was living south of Richmond, VA, I was paying ~$700 for a two bedroom apartment complete with a deck overlooking a 30+ acre lake.

Now that I'm back in the Philly 'burbs, I'm paying a lot more for a lot less. North of the city, most decent places run $900 - 1100.

Oh well, only a few more days to go until 'WeenFest in WDW ...

Who leaves tomorrow? Why, I think Crystal does!!!

I have SOOOO much to do tonight! I'll try to post later on!!

Exciting Exciting Exciting!! :) I love the Pre-Disney buzz you get when its thisclose to being time to go!

I bet you're SO excited!

You should come on here later & talk to us...
because we all know you won't be sleeping ;)

Have fun! I'll be at home...working, being jealous! lol Seriously though, I hope you have a great time. I know you will come back and post every minor detail and picture possible so that we can live vicariously through you! I can't wait!

Have a BOOtiful time and a safe trip Crystal!

Can't wait for the trip report to get started in earnest...but I also promise not to rush the next week-ish...I wouldn't want to tear the space-time continuum and make your time in the World go by any faster than it should. ;)

Ditto for the Tampa Bay area - my mortgage plus condo fees are less than I'd pay in rent! :faint:
