Come one come all to the month of November workout challenge. I will update daily as your times change just post and let me know. :)

Going on what other challenges have/are doing when you reach 1/2 your color will change, and when you reach goal your color will change again.

Sound good? I am so excited!!!!!! Working out is becoming a true passion of mine and I know we can all do this!!!! :cheer2: :cheer2: So let's cheer each other on this month!!

The hours that were worked out equal 395.6 hours!!!!!!!! We ROCK AND ROLL!!! Everybody give yourself a huge pat on the back!!! Now on to December!

Allright, October didn't go so well, but November is gonna ROCK!! Put me down for the 700 again, it shall be done! Already walked 30 today in the Rocky Mountain Sunshine.
 
Count me in! I didn't it make it for October, but hoping Nov. will be better. I'm in for 1500.

Count me in! Though, I'm keeping my goal simple, since I wasn't even able to get to halfway last month! I'm aiming for 500 minutes this month! Thanks so much!
 
This is just the thing to keep me motivated on my exercising!

Put me down for 600 minutes. And I just got back from the gym, so I'm already at 35/600. Yea! I can do this! :cheer2:
 
Great job so far everyone, one for setting your goals and two for those who have already started working on them.

I think I have everyone so far with the right times. You might want to double check me just to make sure. :)

thank you SOOOOO very much for stepping up and tracking November for us! cute clippie too -- i'll change that tomorrow :) today I got a workout in this morning and just got home from ballet -- so i'll check in with 85/1200. and let me say 1200 will be a true CHALLENGE for me this month with our cruise! yee haw!! hopefully it will motivate me to walk a couple miles or hit a pilates class :teeth:
 
This is my first month challenge! Please put me down for 500 minutes! I have done 30 of those minutes already.

Oh, and since I go to the park this month... how much of that walking around counts? :rotfl:
 
Thank you for starting this months challenge. Please mark me for 1000. Today I did 50 minutes. 50/1000.
It didn't help much that we still had three miniature snicker bars and a Hershey bar left over from Halloween in which I took the liberty of eating. At least I won't be eating them tomorrow.

Kahana-ri-you're right at least you won't have the candy bars there tomorrow. Having candy around the office today was soooo tempting! You're off to a great start!
 
I wanna join!!! Please put me down for 1000 minutes this month... That is half of my Christmas goal! I am going to beg you all for some encouragement, though... I don't seem to be capable of getting my butt out of my classroom, out of my bed, or off of my couch!!! HELP!!! I really want my shorts to look better (not perfect, just better) for Christmas at WDW!

I can already tell that this is such a great challenge to be a part of... How sweet you seem to be, gradtchr! We are lucky to have you...

LittleMissMickey-you will find all the encouragement you want to here. I am going to be cheering each person along!! I know you can do it and you are so lucky to be at Disney around Christmas. I'm jealous! You said out of the classroom are you a teacher?
 
I got 240 minutes today:
AM 30 min WATP
30 min callanetics and stretching
lunch
60 min walk w/ DH
PM
30 min walk to/from gym
30 min weights upper body
30 min walk run (I ran my first mile today I walked for 1/16th of it but more than made up for that at the end
30 min evening callanetics and stretching (man that felt good!)
