How do you find time to fit all of that in?! Wow! Keep it up... Callenetics? Is there something I should know about here?

Count me in please - 840 total and tonight I did 60 so I'm already at 60/840. I think I'll be over that but I don't want to stretch it too far and then be upset when I can't make it.

I get up early to do a morning workout it helps wake me up and gets me ready to face the day. At work if we work out for an hour on campus we get an additional 20 minutes to eat so my hubby and I walk around the college campus. We're adding more distance now for the same amount of time. Definitely building up. Then after work hubby and I walk to the gym (we take the 15 min route to and from) and then I do something and walk back and come home. Tonight I popped in the evening callanetics tape and fully stretched out after the run. There are plenty of times I won't do the evening workout but I don't mind since I've already done something earlier in the day, helps me from feeling guiltywhen I just want to come home. If I am exhausted in the morning I will only do as much as I can.

Callanetics is a tape from like the 1980's that somebody recommended to me. It focuses on deep stretching of muscles and I am loving it! I need to try out some more yoga tapes but for now I have those. They are not easy to do at first but I'm starting to get it and the excercises are becoming much easier to do, and yes they are very cheesy and 1980's in appearance.

Right now I am pushing myself as much as I can but so far haven't found my limit. :)

I taught second grade but now work at a university and work with teachers. :)

sign me up for 1200 - it will be tough but I need to work toward a goal and this is the place to keep me motivated!

TammyNC - you can do it - you are getting stronger for that 1/2 marathon in January and a little each day will get you there!

Im going to start as of Oct 31, if thats okay, as i started a new exercise thing ( as you know!!) plus, i leave for disneyo n the 29th, so i really need this to kick me in to gear...
so my total is 70 min so far!

Hi, Beth! Thanks for running this challenge! Please put me down for 1000 minutes (1/2 marathon training is stepping up!)
I did 20 minutes on the bike last night and 25 minutes on the elliptical, so I am 45/1000 so far!
 
keenercam-I hope I can do half as good a job as you did on the October one! You are off to a great start!!
