Final Tally: November Exercise Challenge

RoyalCinderella-I got you on the list and great job already getting 65 minutes in!
 
How did everyone do today? I took today off to recover from yesterday. Will be back on track tomorrow.
 
i think tomorrow will be my day off, but it all depends on how my body feels tomorrow--so far, im proud to have gotten in as much as i have....this is so different for me :)
 
That's exactly how I was at the beginning of October. I was floored that I was capable of doing it and am still amazed that I can do it. Recovery days are very good. It's strange I've had to force myself to not do something today it's become habit.
 

well today i took the morning off -- busy day

but yesterday I did WATP and strength training for 60 mins and then a 20 min walk with a neighbor bringing me to 165/1500
 
Monday I did great with my work out... I hopped on the bike for 45 minutes and did great. Tuesday, I got on the bike for 7 minutes and I was beat so I finished up the half hour on the treadmill. Yesterday, I took a break 'cause I figured I must have been sick or something... so, today I am going to have to get back to the gym.

I was very please though that even though I have eaten several mini bags of chips and chocolate bars over the past couple of days, I didn't gain anything! Now... back to the gym! :banana:
 
OK, I'm here! Late signing up, as usual, because once I get on the DIS seems like I am here for hours so some days I just don't come on.

My goal will be my usual 2000 min, but it will be a real challenge for me this month because we are going back up north to :cold: :cold: CT :cold: :cold: for 9 days over Thanksgiving for DH's DD's wedding. Our last trip back derailed my exercise program - that was the only time since Aug 04 that I did not make my goal. I intend to do much better this time! I'm going to make it one way or another!

I have already started my own chart on paper. I'm off to a slow start because 11/1 was a rest day, but I did 60 min of strength and wogging yesterday, and will be putting in a lot of time this afternoon and evening.

misslissa-Good luck today and I hope you feel better!! Yesterday was my off day too. :)

perfectmatch300-so glad you're here, and you've already got a great start. Good luck with the workouts and the wedding. Thanksgiving is throwing a kink in my plans but I'm trying to figure out how to get a workout in while I'm out of town at my IL's. We can so do this!!
 
Just added another 60 minutes. 45 minutes on the exercise bike, and 15 minute walk with my :dog: !

I got 90 minutes today. Not what I wanted but happy that I did something.
 
55 minutes of tming and stretching. Hope to lift some weight tomorrow and a looooooooooong walk Sat.

I get to add 33 minutes for yesterday and 38 minutes for today for a grand total of 104 minutes so far this month.

AlreadyexcitedGrammy-Excellent job today! Good luck with the weights and the long walk. We're going for a bike ride Saturday so we can commisorate on Sunday.
