Feedback on 1st Family Trip

We booked our trip almost a year ago for this August. I've read the guidebooks, can recite reviews from Tripadv.. website and have been reading threads on here for months. My ADRs have been made but now I need feedback. I've been to Disney before but this will be our first time as a family plus a few. Our group consists of me, DH, DD2, DD4, along with 3 grandparents and 2 adult sisters, for 9 in total. We're staying at the Wilderness Lodge and have the Dining Plan, and the water parks N more hoppers for 5 days.

Here we go.. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let me know if there are things I should change.

Sunday
Morning Flight Arrive at 9:30
DME to WL
12:15 ADR at Whispering Canyon

Monday
7:05 Depart for AK (EMH)

Can you book fast passes for the mine train? I didn't see it listed as a choice under mine.. I also didn't see Merida.. I almost wouldn't use a FP for jungle cruise either.... I have never really seen a super long line for it and would just do standby..

Saturday the bog fp doesnt count as your 3. Merida is no fp I hear its around a 30 min wait or so ingeneral not terrible. A few days maybe a little too long for 2 & 4 combined with heat depends on the kid of course. Dumbo fp isnt that necessary with the splash pad area from what Im hearing. Id spend sometime in Epcot in IMO its the best of the parks.
