Fee for now show ADRs?

Another fourm WDW site stated that anyone who breaks an ADR within 24 hours will be charged $10. When I made ours some places, like HHMR required our CC to make it, but not every place. What about the rest of the ADR's? Would it be charged to the room?

The fee would not be charged to the room. It would be charged to your credit card. That is why it is called a credit card guarantee. Not every restaurant requires one, and those that don't, have no fee.
