February/March cruises out of NY?

Hello!
I've never done any cruises before, and I'm toying with the idea of doing a Disney cruise. Amongst the 10 million other questions I have, the main one is are there typically cruises that leave out of NY in February or March? The destination doesn't matter, just as long as it leaves from NY.
I've looked online and there's nothing listed. I wasn't sure if this was because they're not offered or because they're just not up yet.

DCL New York cruises are (right now) October/November. Norwegian sails out of New York in Feb/Mar 2018.

Pretty much if you want to leave NYC during those months you're looking at NCL (Breakaway...and maybe 1 other) or RCCL (Anthem).

So this is a dumb question but neither the NCL or RCCL are disney cruises, correct?

NCL - Norwegian Cruise Lines
RCCL - Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines

Different entities than Disney Cruise Lines.
