Feb 9 - 30 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes stepper, 20 minutes free weights.

After a walk last night, getting on the elliptical and stretching afterwards this morning before work, I have another 80 minutes! Goodness gracious, I'm at 240!!
Cam, you are so awesome to be host for this- its so motivating!
10 minutes on the recline bike and then 35 minutes on the treadmill last night - so I believe I am now at 170/1200.
I'm in for 1000 for February.
