After a walk last night, getting on the elliptical and stretching afterwards this morning before work, I have another 80 minutes! Goodness gracious, I'm at 240!!

As for me, I had 35 minutes of Walk Away the Pounds last night because my head hurt too much to go to the gym. There is a LOT less noise and commotion working out at home in front of the tv.

This morning, I went to the Y with Howard (he takes a 6:00 class). I did 20 minutes on the bike, 40 minutes of weight machines and 5 minutes of stretching type exercises with a weighted bar. That felt good.

I am now at 665/1500. This weekend should push me over 50% since I'll be doing my last "long run" training for the princess 1/2 marathon.
 
10 minutes on the recline bike and then 35 minutes on the treadmill last night - so I believe I am now at 170/1200.
 
2/4 - 60 bootcamp; 30 mins cardio
2/4 - rest
2/6 - 15 walk; 60 treadmill & elipticals
2/7 - 30 mins strength; 30 mins treadmill
2/8 - 60 mins treadmill & elips
2/9 - 60 mins treadmill
 
Friday, Feb 10 - 30 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes stepper, 20 minutes yoga.

466/1500
 
376/1700. I am sooooo far behind. Need to get a move on! Will get a run in later today for sure.

Had a super busy week, where life just took over and I did nothing..ugh. Got back into today with 36 min of cardio. Did a Xbox Kinect workout.

Still determined to get my goal!!
 
Haven't done so well this month. I got hit with bronchitis so even getting dressed makes me winded.
Today is the first day I feel like I'm not dying so hopefully tomorrow I can hit the treadmill for a few minutes.
 
i did 10 min today and 10 min yesterday to put me at 320/1000. not alot but i just wanted to move a little so i could say i moved. definitely having a lazy weekend!
