2/19&20 - got the butt out of bed at 5am :crazy2: for 30 mins on the elliptical yesterday and 31 minutes today, along with 5 mins situps, pushups and PT exercises. Whoever said sleep is overrated must have been on a caffeine trip!:lmao:

After staining my shoulder I finally got my butt to the gym! I couldn't lift any weights but lots of squats & walking, 80 minutes later...
