February Exercise Challenge--Let's get moving and take care of our hearts!


I really dislike working a different area at work. Ended up with a cold from a changed floor assignment on wednesday. So my planned long run today became a long walk after the first half mile not being able to breath and run at the same time. But I did get in 7 miles in 2 hours. And DH went with me and walked and did not complain about the distance. :cool1:

Thursday 15 min core and my plank
Friday 30 min rowing, 60 min water jogging and my plank
Saturday 120 min walking and my plank

New total 968/1200
 
Friday: Walk: 1 hour 41 minutes
Saturday: Walk: 2 hours 5 minutes
Sunday: Walk: 1 hour 12 minutes

Brings me to 1888/3000
 
Thursday- 45 minutes swimming

Saturday- 55 minutes weights

Today - 127 minutes running

2/15 - 30 mins elliptical, 10 mins PT
2/16 - 127 min run - ran first 6 miles with DH :love: and last 5 solo (left knee acted up this time! :furious: REALLY??!!?? Think I better start doing PT on both knees now.:faint:
2/18 - 50 min walk with the Wonder Mutt:dogdance:

In excitement about the upcoming Princess Half, I forgot to post my goal for the month! Sorry about that!!!

My goal is 2000 minutes. So far, I have finished up 1002 minutes.

I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. My energy is low, but i did spin for 30 min on Sat, and messed around on a trampoline for 30 min on Sun. This brings me up to 300 minutes so far.
 
An hour Spinning class, 30 minutes on the treadmill, and an hour Step aerobics class:

2 hours 21 minutes
