Good start to my weekend. Got in a 60 min cardio, weights and abs workout while DH and DS were out getting haircuts.

45 minutes this morning brings me to 972/1200
 
Another hard leg workout puts me another 60 minitower closer to my goal

My knee still hurts but I have been able to get some time in from my last post almost 2 weeks ago (yikes!). I'm not sure if I like my dance sneakers for Zumba. They don't "catch" on the floor but they also don't give any ankle support. Maybe I just need to get used to them.

125 minutes of Zumba

Okay I have been remiss and have not posted recently. I am moving this body :dance3: just sloppy on posting here. Forgive me please.

2/22 long run/walk 120 min
2/23 beach day 90 min
2/24 120 min "swim" pool time walk on beach

New total 1418/1200

And each day I managed to get in my plank. :cheer2:
