February Exercise Challenge--Let's get moving and take care of our hearts!

Big fat zero for today, yesterday, and probably tomorrow from being sick. At least the blizzard decided to come at the same time, I have two excuses! I can't wait to work out again though.

:banana: I drove to the beach today. Temp was mid 40's but I didn't care it was 90 miles away from work and the phone. :banana:

Spent the morning walking the beach, first at a fast walk then retraced my steps looking for the perfect shell, then back to a fast walk then retracing steps. I found 2 large sand dollars that were completely intact. :cloud9:

The ocean is so very relaxing for me

I'm going to go ahead and count those 60 minutes of computer moving. My arms are really really sore today!

So 60 yesterday and 22 minutes running today bring me to 372/1200.
 
40 minutes exercising in the house. Too much snow to go to the gym, but we were lucky. No loss of power. :thumbsup2

Blessed weekend! This morning I got in an hour at the gym. So I am up to 130.
 
2/4 30 min walk/jog/run
2/5 30 min crazy LEGS with trainer - no cardio after that, ugh!
2/6 60 min w/j/r
2/8 80 min; 30 strength, 50 w/j/r
2/9 180 min; 60 spin, 30 boot camp, 30 cardio boxing, 60 HIIT
380 total
