I have a question, I counted this on My Fitness Pal today. We worked our behinds off at work today inventorying and reorganizing computers around for the better part of the afternoon. We moved about 250 of them around to store them better. Should I count this for you guys as well? We did it in about an hour and my arms are killing me now!
Like I said, I did count it on MFP but I figured I'd better let you guys make the call on whether or not I should count it here!
I think it is your call. If it is outside of your normal activity and you felt like it was exercise, then I think that is just fine.
One of the girls that used to be on here regularly used something from her body bugg (I think). I guess it logged some kind of active minutes or something. Anyhow, she counted those even if they weren't formal exercise.
It all comes down to what you feel comfortable logging. I have logged shoveling snow and raking leaves in the past.

So I went to the doctor and she thinks it is a muscle issue and not a nerve issue--so no spine xrays. I am happy about that. The diagnosis--piriformis syndrome. Which is what I was thinking from the million articles I read on line. I start physical therapy Monday.
I am miserable today--I sat so much today and sitting just locks up the muscle. She said she would give me a prescription for muscle relaxers, but I am not a big drug person. She also said I could try benadryl at bedtime if I was uncomfortable, so I might try that tonight. As big a pain as this is and as much as I dislike pt, I am cautiously optimistic that maybe I can finally get back to good workouts sometime soon. I miss strength classes, and squats, etc. I am tired of babying my back, though who knows, that might not change. Hopefully the pt will have some good ideas on Monday.
I did get my mile in this morning, so that's good!
I might have to scale my goal back for the month. We'll see how it goes.
Hope everyone is having a great Friday!
