FEA during Epcot EMH?

Can anyone share their experiences riding Frozen during morning Extra Magic Hours (8 am)? Any estimates about how long we should expect to wait? It will be 2 adults and 3 kids (2 of them in a stroller). We're hoping to arrive at Epcot by 7:45 am.

If you get to the tapstiles by 7:45 AM(7:30 AM would make a big difference if you can swing it),you'll be in fairly good shape.

Anyone ever ride during evening EMH? We are going to be at Epcot one night when they have 9 pm to 11 pm EMH. Will the wait be low during those 2 hours?
