Favorite spot for MK parade?

As you can see below, this is my first trip back in 20 years. I need all the advice I can get!

Where is your favorite place to watch the MK parade and how long before parade time do you take position? How is your favorite place for photo ops?

Our favorite spot is on Main Street. On the corner in front of Casey's Hot Dog place. Usually there are 3 float stops there. It seems to be a good spot to have DS pulled into the parade. There is a garbage can about 3 yards from the corner. The roped off area to the can is usually perfect for our family. As for photos, they have turned out great from this area. We have also sat by the shooting arcade, but the crowd was quite deep and we didn't care for it as much. As for how long before the parade starts. We go anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on the crowds. We usually make it snack time, so we don't mind the wait.

We usually sit near the Liberty Square area. It's best to go ahead and plan about an hour. We usually have a snack, etc. also.
