Has anyone been able to book a MSEP or Wishes for the last week of Oct?

Also, if you have booked a MSEP or Wishes FP+, what time are they booked for? i.e. are they the actual time or 20 minutes etc before?

I'm trying to book an alternate FP for the same time so I can easily trade it.

FastPass+ Offered for Wishes and Both Parades

Starting from tomorrow (Monday, September 30, 2013) until October 30, FastPass+ will be offered for Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade, Main Street Electrical Parade, and Wishes Nighttime Spectacular on dates when the Magic Kingdom Park is NOT closing at 7 p.m. for a special after-hours event.

The FastPass+ viewing area for parades is located directly in front of Cinderella Castle, in the Castle forecourt stage area. The fireworks viewing area, on the other hand, will continue to be in the Rose Garden.

Hey everyone. I am restarting this thread because I am going to be in MK on Wednesday Sept 24th. I really want a fastpass for Mine Train. But right now they say they are all gone. If you cancel a mine train for sept 24th please post on this board. I would love to get one. I will continue to try everyday, but I thought this might help as well.
