Hello Folks,

We are heading to Disney August 20th for 8 nights. We are staying at Pop Century the entire duration of our trip. I am aware that you can make FP+ selections at midnight on the 60th day prior to check in. My dilemma.

On the My Disney Experience website, I clicked on "Select FP+" link to try and mess around with the site prior to getting to my 60 day mark which is in 9 days. Well the dates available for me to select at this point only go out 30 days in advance.

My question. Will this change when I get to the 60 day mark and will the 8 days of my vacation become available for selection?

Just paranoid that there might be something wrong in my profile and that I won't be able to make my selections when I'm suppose to be able to (60 days out). PS. my resort reservation does show in MDE and I have the 12 digit confirmation number starting with 4. Thanks to all who reply.

I thought the same thing. I figured with all the problems I wouldn't be able to pick my selections at my 60 day mark. They opened up right on day 60...no worries.

Thanks for asking this gerry and the responding answers. Had a moment of panic yesterday trying to familiarize myself with the FP system and noticed the same thing.

Question on this: If you are going for 10 days, will you have to make your FP+ reservations on 10 separate days at 60 days out or can you make all FP+ on the first 60 day out point? Just wondering how many nights I'll be waking up a midnight :confused3

you can make them all at once (assuming of course you are staying onsite for your whole trip - just to be clear)

We just made ours a couple days ago. We are staying six days but we were able to make all the selections at once.

Thanks for asking this, OP, and thanks for the answers, all. I was wondering the same thing and now can relax a bit knowing that I should see the FP+ options at my 60 day mark. Barring any MDE issues, that is :rolleyes1

Agreed. I was searching the boards for this exact answer. It is nice to actually find your answer through searching.

I have an add-on questions to the OP's:

My family is staying at WL, however, I have family staying at the Hilton by Downtown Disney as well. We are all linked in MDE.

Will I be able to to get fastpasses for all of us at the 60 day mark? Or will it be at the 30 day mark?

Thank you.

Only for the people on your reservation at 60 days out.

You can copy yours to them at 30 days

I am pretty sure I understand correctly, but to clarify....My family of 4 at WL will get access at 60 days, but all other people linked will be at 30 days.

Would it matter if all their tickets are purchased and linked directly on my MDE account?

It won't matter. They're not staying onsite, so they're not eligible for the 60 advance booking given to guests staying onsite.

OP here. Just wanted to provide a quick update as my 60 day window has come and gone. Some background details:
We are staying onsite at POP from Aug 20-28.
Two adults and 2 children 9 years old.
HWS Aug. 21
MK Aug. 23
MK Aug. 27

Woke up at 1am (heard there has been issues at midnight) on the morning of the 60th day and sure enough, all days of our trip were available. First priority was A&E followed by 7DMT, TSM, ToT and the Mountains.

Everything was available for my pre planned days except I wanted A&E between 11-12pm on the 23rd. This is just the 4th day into our trip and the only availability left was after 1:20pm which still isn't bad. I did notice that they had lots of A&E available later in the evening as late as 930-1030.

I just checked this evening (57 days out) and there is still A&E and 7DMT FPs available after 7pm.

Hopefully this will ease some minds. Next step is to get that BOG FP. Good luck all making your selections.
