I have what might seem like a silly question to you multiple cruisers with kids, but I'm going to ask anyway...What has seemed to work the best for your kids to carry around their room key card? We have the lanyards with waterproof cases at the end but didn't know if anyone had a less cumbersome idea? Thanks!

This is not a silly question and to me part of the answer depends on if you want them to have access to spending money with it (because there is a greater concern if they lose it). My youngest likes to use the lanyard because he has his pins on it. If he is at the pool with me than I will keep it with me. My older son keeps his in his pocket with all of his electonics and seems to do a fairly good job of keeping it safe.

Hi! We (DH, me, DS 14 at time of cruise) are booked! We have category 6A, deck 10 aft. We've never been at the back before so it will be a new view for us. This is part one of a back to back cruise. DH & I will celebrate our 25th anniversary on the 2nd cruise.

Just seeing if anyone was into Geocaching (or wants to learn) as there will be a few new locations to geocache at

I was on the MV Fantasy cruise and seemed that the geocaching group that was put together by someone else fell apart.. So, jsut checking to see if anyone is interested is a show and tell (for the curious to the pros) and then find a few when we get to port..

If there is interest, let me know of course. if there are any questions about the boat, let me know.. one month and counting. and we just finally got all unpacked from the last Fantasy cruise should have just kept things packed. lol

Our son uses a lanyard. When he was younger we kept his card.

GEK, to get a count down ticker just double click on one you like and you should go to the website and from there just follow the directions. I created mine many cruises ago, now I just go in and update the date.

We are a geocaching family. We went to the one on Castaway Cay twice in June on our double dip.

DH had his surgery and is recovering well. Went out today and bought new luggage for the cruise. Getting excited!! Only 4 weeks from this Saturday

No, I'm getting my little bags ready. I don't think I'll put the bags together until I'm on the ship. Although with 15 cabins that's not too bad so it might be ok to do before we leave home...I'll have to see what it looks like when I get all my elements together.

30 days!!!, well it is for us. We fly out to Florida on 7/13 so that's when my vacation begins.

Geocaching is like a high tech treasure hunt where you use a gps along with coordinates to find hidden caches. A cache is usually some type of box that could have things in it to trade, sometimes a tack able that you log and can see where all it goes.

And nowhere near ready! School finishes on the 28th.....and I finish the 29th....then loot bags for my ds 7th birthday....and the FE gifts....I can't wait to get started and get my kids to help me out.....Don't even get me started on the packing...as we are driving down.....

Would love to meet everyone on the first day......especially so that the dd can meet up..

Is there an updated FE list.....want to make sure that I get everyone!
