Our cruise documents arrived today!!!!! Luggage tags!!!! Next week we will get luggage tags for cruise #2 and we won't need them!!!!:cool1:

I'm getting seriously excited.

Our documents came in today as well. It was strange seeing the cabin # blank on the luggage tags. Joked with DS that we were going to sleep in the elevator.

:cool1::cool1: Cruise documents here today as well!!! My first ones, so exciting!!!

Ashly, I will have name tags on all the gifts so I will know to track you down  No worries. I too have become on a first name basis with the cashiers from Hobby Lobby...I do love it there :upsidedow

Garak, I made the jump to WL after the trip. Was able to apply the pin so that made me happy. Booked a courtyard view but not sure if I should just go standard. All these choices...

:welcome: inuashley. You must be going crazy with excitement all squeezed in to 5 weeks. My first posting here was 500 days out!!!

Definitely! It's been hectic planning everything so close to the sail date, but I got everything completed within 3-4 days, so now it's just a waiting game. : ) It's amazing to me how far in advance most people booked!

Awesome news on WL. Our change to WL notched up our anticipation level a couple of notches. Not only is the real estate more compact but the size of the resort is 1/3 size of POR, 700 rooms vs. 2100 rooms.

Nearest Hobby Lobby is two hours away and I am told it is the only one in New England.

If you notice, I did the 1st post on November 4, 2010. We book on board with dummy dates, then move the reservation when the date we want becomes available. All of our cruises are booked over a year out. It's the cheapest way to go.

I was just at Hobby Lobby yesterday! Buying tshirts for the cruise. Yes, I make us wear matching shirts on embarkation day :rolleyes1. This year we all have different color shirts.

I'm still waiting on a key element to my final FE gift, I sure hope it arrives soon so I can get that finished!

We found a house sitter, she came over last weekend and we showed her around. That will save us some $ on kennel costs. Now I have to get the new GPS going (shouldn't be hard), gather up our documents, buy more suntan lotion, and create a packing list.

Woo Hoo! What I was waiting for arrived today in the mail!! My tshirts didn't work though. I thought I'd use colored shirts this time - mistake. I must use white.

Someone suggested on a previous cruise that if you don't know or change your room (one time we did an upgrade at the port) then you can leave a phone message in each room with your correct number.

Yeah, I've noticed that many people do this, and I think it's a great idea for repeat cruisers! I wish I could say that I was one, however our situation just doesn't allow for that. :sad2:

I'm sad that I missed the deadline for the FE exchange though :< It sounds like a lot of fun.

I imagine that we will hold a DIS meet on embarkation day. In the past I have seen any cabin updates exchanged at the meet as well.

We had our snorkeling class tonight and it was terrific! The instructor was very patient with us and had lots of helpful tips. The pool was full of scuba people and it was fun to watch them play at the bottom of the pool. We will go next week to buy our own fins.

My husband and I are so excited about the cruise on the newest Disney ship. We will be celebrating our 16th Anniversary . No kids, it's just us. But we love Disney so much and no one touches their service and quality. I'm looking for some fun activities to do in St. Maarten and St. Thomas/St. Johns. Was looking into Fly Zone at Loterie farms because I've always wanted to try zip line but I've read some mixed reviews. Any repeat cruisers with advice?

Re WL. We have stayed at WL at least 5 times. It is our absolute favorite hotel.:cool1: In 2010 we split our stay with WL and GF. Although GF was very nice, it just wasn't "us". :hug:I love that you can take the bus or a boat to MK. This year we are on the club level post-cruise in the honeymoon suite. We are super excited. No, it's not our honeymoon. We are celebrating 16 years but never got to stay in a honeymoon suite before so why not now?!

I've never been either, so I posted Loterie Farm vs. Rhino Rider and someone posted RR would be a better choice. I'm not sure where my post is now, but you could try to search for it. We're doing RR through Disney since it's only $20.00 more/person and includes transportation over.

Noahsmom, I think it is very cool you are taking snorkeling lessons. I am a bit claustrophobic and the last time I tried snorkeling I just couldn't get use to having the snorkel in my mouth with my nose covered with the mask...Maybe I will give it a try again since my kids might want to do it... Sorry about your shirts, that is my crafting life, nothing ever seems to turn out exactly how awesome it looked in my head :roll eyes:

Garak, the smaller size of the resort was the exact reason I changed. I was worried about Nana and Papa (both in their 80s) having to get around POR. The funny thing was, I think out of all of us my dm was the saddest to not be in the RRs. I think she was looking forward to those firework headboards. When I booked WL, I asked if I could request a renovated room but the person said that wasn't an option at WL :confused3 Hopefully when we get there I can ask for it.

:welcome: GEK209!!! How nice to have the honeymoon suite for your anniversary. Maybe we will bump into you at the lodge. We are also celebrating our 24th anniversary on the cruise by having our 2 kids sleep in a small room with us!!! :rotfl:

Going to work on my FEs today. I forgot I had bought supplies for other projects in all my excitement. :rolleyes1

SA, I guess Spurs/Celtics were not meant to be.

Really looking forward to WL. Now getting anxious for our cabin assignment. Looks like we'll find out around the first.

I'd like to add a count down or something similar like a picture of the Fantasy... how do I do that?

Getting even more excited. Just a little over a month away.

Anyway, read several of you have received your cruise documents already. We haven't received ours yet. Hoping ours arrive very soon.

GEK, to get a count down ticker just double click on one you like and you should go to the website and from there just follow the directions. I created mine many cruises ago, now I just go in and update the date.
