If a room number is not listed are the guests waiting for an assignment?
DisneySunflower could you please provide me with names?
Thank you.

Yes we are awaiting our room assignment. VGT seems to be coming out around two weeks before sail date. I will post it then.

We have got our room numbers 9030! We got upgraded!! It is just me and my DH. This is our honeymoon and first cruise. Who can fill me in with everything we need to know or do? Please help..

:welcome: and congratulations on your honeymoon and first Disney cruise. A lot of people recommend Bernard's tour on St. Maarten and then Honeymoon beach on St. Thomas. There is a link to a good thread about shore excursions for the eastern Caribbean cruises but I was not able to paste the link for you - I'm too new to the dis boards :(

As far as what to do on the cruise, there is so much! This will be our 2nd Disney cruise (just me and DH). We are definitely having dinner at Palo and Remy, the 2 adult only restaurants on the Fantasy. There are also some fun adult only activities such as wine, beer or martini tastings - we are doing them all! Lol. There is a night club district with several options for all tastes. Hope this helps. If I can think of anything else I'll post it :)

link and noahsmom, You are both finished your FEs!!!! :crazy2: I was rolling right along-finished the dh's and ds's and then the kids got our of school :goofy::goofy:... I knew I should have done the tougher ones while the house was peaceful!!!! :rotfl:

I also need everyone's names to finish the FEs. If you don't want it posted, if you could pm me with them that would be great. I am missing ashley2499 and disneysunflower.

3 weeks today until we head to WDW before the cruise. It seemed like forever at the beginning and now time is racing!!! :hourglass

We actually have two staterooms and both are a vgt. As soon we know our room assignments, I will post. The kids are in one room and the parents in the other. I'm sooooo ready to be on the ship!!

I can't wait either!!! What excursion are you doing at Castaway? Last cruise we did the jet ski adventure. It was a lot of fun. This time though I think we'll just hang out at the beach and relax :). Is it July yet?! Lol

It's so close that now I'm getting anxious that something will mess it all up. Our excursions are:
St Maarten - 3 stop snorkel with Capt. Alan
St Thomas - Screamin' Eagle for Noah, Bill & I will shop
Castaway Cay - Teen Wild Side for Noah, snorkel & floaties for Bill & me
Brunch & dinner at Palo

Our most anticipated excursions on the 2nd part of our trip.
Grand Cayman - Sting ray city, Coral garden, and starfish snorkel with Native Way
Cozumel - Spearfishing
Costa Maya - Dune buggy adventure
Dinner at Remy

I am a little concerned that I haven't booked any excursions... I just figured with it being our first cruise and first visit to these islands we would just take a cab and explore (plus excursions for 4 is :scared1:).

This most likely is a once in a lifetime cruise so I hope it will be great!!!

We've done it both ways on many cruises. If an excursion doesn't really grab our attention then we have had a lot of fun winging it, especially considering the cost. Sometimes we find non-DCL excursions and sometimes DCL works out best. I wouldn't worry much. If you change your mind you can still book some excursions on board. Research the highlights of the islands first and surely you will be able to put together your own event.

This is our first cruise too:yay:And with a family of 5 the cost of the excursions :scared1::scared1: So we are in the same boat as you are. I think we may take advantage of the ship while everyone else is off and playing :thumbsup2 might be a good day to sleep in and then get room service :woohoo:
Getting excited but not looking forward to all the packing and unpacking that comes our way very soon!!!

In St. Thomas if you walk just outside of where we dock there is a tram that takes you to the top of a mountain. My husband and 2 sons did it and really enjoyed it and it was fairly reasonable. On Castaway cay we have rented bikes which you can do when you get to the island and it is a nice way to see the place and fairly reasonable. We are just winging it as well as no one is interested in any particular activity other than jet skis which we booked at castaway cay.

Will any of you be dressing up for pirate night?? pirate: I just ordered my costume :cool1: Both my DD will be surprised with a visit to BBB for pirate night as well. pirate:pirate:

Nice surprise at BBB! I wish they had stuff like that when I was a kid growing up at Disney. If I did it now, I'd just feel silly. Especially since I don't have any kids :rotfl:

19 days!!! :woohoo:

I will be dressing up and my husband has surprised me and said that he will join me.

link, Thank you so much for the idea about the tram. Do you know how long it takes to get up there? I do want to take a taxi to Maho Beach as well.

Speaking of Maho Beach, has anyone been there and can give me an estimate of how long it takes to get there from the boat? We are just planning to take a taxi but my biggest fear is missing the boat :scared1::scared1:

About the pirate party. Most of us are dressing up. My son has decided he wants a tricorn hat!! My dh is not in, but I am going to get him a pirate shirt and bandana to wear.

Starting to organize packing in the spare room. So excited!!!!
