Thoughts on Proposed Dining Itinerary?

I'm now only a few days away from being able to make my dining reservations for my family's trip in July, and I was hoping you Disney experts could take a look and offer input on what I am proposing below. The quick-service options can obviously be flexible, but I'm planning to lock in the table-service restaurants as soon as my window opens.

I believe this itinerary lines up with the dining plan, but please let me know if you see any issues. Please also note that we have a Park Hopper, and we've (pretty much) decided not to do any two-credit restaurants, sticking to what should amount to our one quick-service and one table-service meal per night stay.

We are a little tempted to burn two credits at Flying Fish on Wednesday night because it was our best meal when we last visited WDW in 2018, and I've read that Trattoria al Forno isn't good value for the dining plan. Flying Fish would be especially intriguing if we decide not to do Steakhouse 71 because we'd like to have at least one "upscale" meal, but this would cause us to pay out of pocket at Whispering Canyon for our "Farewell" breakfast.

Thanks very much.

Looks good. Generally though 2 credit meals are a poor value, but if you really want to eat there then it’s worth it. Character meals and dining packages (like Fantasmic) are really good use of the credits, if you’re looking for a guaranteed seat for fantasmic. Have fun!
