Fantasmic hours for Jan 2005?

We're trying to determine which night we'd like to go to see Fantasmic in January & where/what time to eat dinner that night. My parents will be joining us & they've never seen Fantasmic, so it should be a lot of fun.

Any thoughts on what time Fantasmic might take place in Jan? I'm guessing it'll be dark around 6? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated - thanks!
