Fall Promotions

Just went to my Disney saved offers and for our time at PPH it was $268.00 a night for 11/28-12/3 now it is $188.00 a night but I had to type in the dates since the saved offer prices didn't update. Hopefully it will be cheaper with the AP as it gets closer :goodvibes

We are going the same time as jenasweetemtion -- anyone know how much the GCH might be from 11/28-12/2? I currently have a reservation with a pin code offer of $247 a night (standard view) but wondering if this current offer might be cheaper. Anyone know?

We just booked the first 2 weeks of December at the Disneyland Hotel at a significantly lower rate than the current annual pass holder rate through Disneyland.com. No need for a pin or promotion code or anything. It's not advertised but when I searched it came up at about 30% off the rack rate. :yay::santa::yay:

I called about the Disney Rewards Visa Offer late morning and also got the story about the computers not being available to process discount. I asked my CM to call me when it was available.:confused3

I continued to search online so as not to miss out. :worried: I randomly went right to the DL Tickets and Reservations. I am looking to stay Oct 14 -17 and have previously made reservation for PPH Std Room at $250/night. Online is show the 30% discount for those nights!

I called back in and after a very long wait they confirmed the web site and adjusted my rate.

I still have not purchase a 3-Day hopper tickets.

Does anyone know how to get early entry to Toontown early entry without a package? I am trying to calculate the total cost of early entry. Meaning how much more will we pay for a package to get this enticement?

I have the Disney Rewards VISA and still have not gotten an email about this. Is there a code to mention when calling?

I just found a great thread about TT tickets see thread- Anyone have tix for TT Morning Madness?

alphie, we are going exact same time as you, reservations made with the $247 pin code offer, so I had to check. The GCH has a 25% discount and is $285. (think I'll stick with my reservation as is :rotfl2:)

It is just like a few have mentioned. Go to the DL website right now, under tickets and reservations and you will be quoted the discounted price that does not seem to be advertised.

-oh, just checked and the GCH weekend price is higher then the $285. The $383 is probably 25% off the higher weekend price, but I did not confirm that.

No there is no code. When you call, you tell them that you're a Disney Visa Cardmember and they'll look it up to verify that you are in the system.

Just booked a room at DLH for $236.00 a night. I'm happy! I was going to book the Grand at $285.00 but it is not really that great a room. I like the DLH better. I'll just visit the lobby.

Thanks for the info on the rates. To PP, I believe you can get tickets to MTMM if you buy a passport plus ticket through AAA. Someone posted an answer to my question that they just ordered those tickets and listed the "perks" included with it and said they got they voucher for MTMM.

To all that have contributed to this thread, thank you for the heads up. Like others, I didn't receive an email from Visa. But, after reading this thread, I figured I'd give DL a quick call. After about 15 minutes on the phone (FYI: computer systems are apparently a little overwhelmed at the moment), I saved almost $800 from my 6 night package at the GC. The nice, but tired, sounding CM said after several issues, the FALL30 discount is finally going in seamlessly. So, if any of you who had issues haven't called back yet, now is the time! :wizard:

Edited to add: Based on my calculations the 25% was applied only to the room. Not the entire package. But I'm still excited nonetheless.

You can get the Disney Visa rate now....but only online, you cannot get it by calling. When you book your trip, save your offer, then go back to the homepage and go to places to stay, then book your visit. The price will magically change to the Disney Visa rate. As already stated, the general public gets the offer on the 13th.

I got GCH for $285/night (10/30-11/8). Hotel only.

When I called a CM today to request bunk beds, she confirmed that the system is messed up and is allowing people to get the Disney Visa rate early....but only online.

Ugh. I have tried everything to get the discounted rate to come up online and no luck. It is still showing the same rate I've been pricing out for weeks (for the DLH 10/15 to 10/18). Tried what everyone described here and the numbers just aren't changing.

Guess I will have to try my luck by calling as soon as the lines open today. I'm a cardholder, so hopefully I can get it today instead of waiting for the GP release...

Hmmm, maybe because we have APs and are going through the AP side....

They changed the lower price last night when I checked around midnight to book. It was allowing us to get the lower rate of $183 so now it is showing the rate we saw before which is $260 for PPH. I think they fixed the issue but at least I know what the price will be on the 13th

Yep, they removed the sale prices from the hotel only booking online.

I booked our room yesterday morning and last night happened to look again and the price increased by $500!

With all the system problems they have had, it seems they need some new technical support:rotfl:

Ok so just to confirm, I will be better off getting my parents to book the rooms at GCH with the senior rate of 30% and buy tickets separately since the deal coming out on the 13th is only 25%. I am not AP or DV. Is this right? :confused3 Just want to make sure I am not missing something!

As long as one of them will be with you at check-in for the senior rate, right now that still seems to be the best deal.
