The senior rate is 60 years old. I'm going with my in-laws in December. I didn't know there was a senior rate until the CM asked if anyone in the party was over 60. We are staying 5 nights. The rate is $376 which includes taxes and fees, at the DLH with an upgraded view. Not bad for Christmas week!

Yes when I called the CM told me the senior rate is always 30% off and they can book up to two rooms, age is 60 and over! Great deal that you can get any time, and yes my parents will be going with us. They quoted $1550 for 5 nights (all taxes/fees included) for the GCH for 11/28 - 12/2 which is $310/night for a standard room. It does seem like the best deal so going to book today!

We went in May for a combined celebration trip. One of the celebrations was my mom's 60th. The CM rechecked and got us a MUCH better deal than anything else I was looking at. Same thing at Christmas. We're paying just over $6000 for a two bedroom concierge suite with WOC view and 5 day PH tickets for 7 adults and two children (we may be down an adult, but they don't charge for the tickets until you arrive, so they'll just take that amount off).

Hmmm, come to think of it, I may call and just make it official.

I'm so glad I booked when the Costco promotion came out last week because our dates are now sold out at the Grand Californian. I checked to see if I would get a better deal with the general public offer and there is no availability.

So sad when you know more about their promos then a cast member! I'm on hold right now, because the person I'm speaking with is insisting this is a VISA thing. . . I told her that I saw it on the Disneyland website, and she's *STILL* insisting it's a visa thing!!! SMH.

Ack!! You're right! I'm kinda not surprised. . . when I called the cast member had no clue, and then said their system wasn't ready to take the ressies as indicated. Grrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think their website is messed up. I keep getting different prices at all 3 hotels. Ugh! It is letting me book hotel only though with the discount so I'm trying to figure out if it is cheaper for me to buy park hoppers elsewhere and just get the room..

I just got off the phone with Tim at Costco, he was AMAZING!! Anyhow they are offering the same discounted rates, so check them out if you are a member and then you get your character meal!! wahoo!!

Costco shows no availability at any of the resorts for the week we will be there. Think maybe they will have more available if I call? I'll give it a try.. thanks!

Im not too suprised they're having issues, considering all the issues when it was just Visa members. I managed to get my room all set when the web site glitched last week and displayed the discount rates early.

I was able to get mine when it was messed up, too. I am trying to book a second room for my cousins to visit while we are there. I'm not too worried, but it is kind of a comedy of errors on the DL website!

ryleeranger -- are you trying to book more than 4 nights? I was having that problem as I was trying to book 5 nights and it kept showing no availability. Their max nights is 4, so I'm going to just add a night independantly I think. Try that or give them a call. Hopefully you'll get Tim, he was awesome and extremely helpful!!

I dont see either deals on the costco site or the disneyland site? i went to the travel section and only found the save $450 on a 4 night package stay which you have to book by oct 1 i think and the other one which is 3rd or 4th night free at a neighbor hotel.

And disneyland only mentions their deal which expires oct. 1. am i missing something? I know some of you say the one on disneyland.com was somehow deleted. but what abou the costco?

I'll say! I'm trying to book a room only night to add to my 4 day Costco package and a standard view room is coming up $5 MORE than a Concierge room. Ugh!
