F & W logo wineglass - for sale or only w/special dinners?

I saw some pictures of wine glasses with the Food and Wine logo on them.

Are these available for anyone to purchase at Epcot during the F&W festival or do you have to go to one of the special, paid events to get them?

If anyone can purchase them, where are they available in the park?

There usually are glasses with the logo on them that you can buy. They are a little different than the glasses you get at the special events.

There are usually kiosks set up at the front of WS speciffically for the W&F festival where they sell them.
