I have been looking at Beach Club for our trip this fall (still deciding between September or Novemeber). While playing around with dates November dates I noticed there are no club level Beach Club rooms available at all until November 21st. Everything before then is completely unavailable. I know there is refurb going on for the CL lounge and rooms this summer, but anyone know what the deal might be with November?
Edit to add: More playing around shows that the CL unavailability starts October 12 and runs all the way through November 21.
First time staying AKL club in October. If Itinerary Planning Office can't immediately get you the ADR that you want, will they keep trying? If so, for how long?
Ugghhh... I just can't decide what to do. YC CL is available at the discount for when we are going during a split stay. Right now I just have a yc GV booked. I can't decide if I should upgrade. there are 2 adults and 2 kids.
We will be at POR for 6 days prior so our park visits will be good and well into it and relaxing with SAB is definetly in order by these last 4 days at YC, with walks to Epcot, boat to DHS and casual jaunts to MK what we plan on doing. So for that reason I can see upgrading. But the King bed issue has me nervous, but they wouldn't put a family of four in a one king bed room, right?
I'm just not sure if it is worth it. Basically it would be $100 more a night, but we would eat breakfast , snack on food (but think my kids might not be for the appetizers) however, they would go for crackers and cheese and stuff like that. Do they still have Swedish Fish?
But, DH and I are definetly good for a drink here and there.
there are plenty of snacks at Epcot but we have no ADRs at that time, except for the Dessert Party, will eat at ESPN (a must do for my boys) and probably try B&C. So our food eating is pretty much flexible whatever we want at this point.
YC is the only resort considering the discount and SAB and location for us.
For those who have stayed at Both Regular YC room and CL YC was it worth it to you. I'm thinking I'm leaning to yes? Sometimes some of the comments here make YC CL sound not as great as other CL's, but if just viewing it separately, is it still good enough to be justifiable?

If you are on CL, are you still buying those refillable mugs?

My DS and I are early risers so we are go for breakfast together and we get to sit and talk and not wake anyone else up. That is a huge plus for us when you have 4 kids.
Thanks for all the replies on my question.
I'm going to do it -- it'll be a nice treat for us.
Just one more thing, since we are 4 people they should give us the proper beds right? Or should I make a request?. It is the Standard CL rooms I'm looking at available with the discount, if that makes a difference.
