No, I understand her problem. Our purchase page has been offline since last week and I was unaware of the problem. You first fill out the registration/purchase page and then click submit. It's after your credit card is approved that you're directed to the Questionnaire. She, and anyone else, has been submitting her credit card info and then told it was denied. Our developers are working on the problem as of Monday morning.
Again, this has just been a very touch timing thing with my family vs. business. Those who already have an AVP are understanding, but to anyone else I'm just this site that's not 'working.' We should be back up soon!
He just rolled out TGM 2.0 and they found a bug. His developers are working on it. The personal reference is to him being out of town due to a family medical issue that is essentially resolved at this point.
