Excel sheet

Hello. Does anyone have an excel sheet they can share that tracks point usage? I cannot figure out how to create one for multiple contracts/use years. TIA

When I started making my basic points tracker (for only one UY), for kicks I started thinking about how I would hypothetically track multiple UYs if I ended up down that road some day. After some decent thought, I couldn't conceptualize a simple way in my head to tackle it. I got so annoyed/stressed by the thought, I promised myself if I ever bought another contract it would never be another UY. lol.

But rethinking about it now, one way would be to make multiple tabs/sheets for each contract/UY. And then create a "transferred from" column or row in each contract/UY tab/sheet. And then when points are inputted in that "transferred from" column or row, it would ADD "available" points to the contract/UY you are currently on, AND reference the other contract/UY's "available" points and SUBTRACT them.

The tricky part is keeping in mind the transferred points can only be used within the 7 month booking window. So clearly tracking that 7 month "limitation" on a spreadsheet is something I would have to hash out in my mind a little more. Other than manually remembering/ensuring that whatever trip you are booking/tracking is within 7 months.
