Ever been to a Texas Roadhouse?

I like TR when they get my steak cooked right. And I am not even picky!! When they first opened here, they were always consistently good but lately, they seem to be lacking. DH enjoys it so we go. Just isn't my pick.

Next time, I'll try something else!

DS love em cause he can throw peanut shells on the floor.
I love the rolls amd the iced tea.

Can't throw the peanut shells on the floor at the one in Olathe Kansas- code, just like no red roof on the Red Roof Inn!

Darned good restaurant!

My dh is with Rock 'n Robin's -- believes we should spend a little more and go to Outback where the steaks are better. I actually like Texas Roadhouse okay though. The one here usually does not have too bad a wait -- probably b/c there's about 20 restaurants within two minutes including some like Olive Garden that has notorious waits. There's also a Logan's and a Roadhouse here.

KristaTx, I don't know what part of Fort Worth you live in but the only one I know of is up off 820, near North Beach Street. It is okay. There are too many great steak houses around here for me to want to go there, plus I hate the traffic on that part of the loop! But it is family friendly so we have met other families for dinner there and it isn't very expensive.
I live in the southern part of Fort Worth, and I tend to avoid the northern part of 820 just because of the traffic. But thanks for the info. I just wanted to say hi. Nice to see another Fort Worth person around :). Keep an eye out for our next DFW meet - I don't think you were at our recent Grapevine Rainforest one, were you?

My husband and I went to Texas Roadhouse here in Colorado Springs, and we weren't too fond of it. I know I'm in the minority here, so I won't go into details, except to say that the steak wasn't that great.

We drive by all the time and are amazed at the crowd of people waiting to be seated inside! So it's a very popular place even if we don't like it.

Our favorite steak place is Lone Star.

I vacation at the Beach in Delaware once a year and I go there the first night. I love this place. The food is great and I like the atmosphere.
