Wondering if there are any ride ques that let you ride the ECV through or if they have you transfer to a wheel chair, I'm not sure how long I will last standing in line as my plantar fascitis can be really bad some days so we are planning on renting a scooter. On a good day I can handle 20-25 minutes possibly.

Most queues allow you to ride the ECV to the boarding area. A few will require a transfer to a manual wheelchair (provided).
