ER question... what is wrong with Dr. Carter?

I thought George Clooney as Doug did a good job, but did he say he was a pediatric Dr. Why was he in charge of transplants now.
Doug had chemistry, but Carol seemed a little stiff with him.

He wasn't in charge of transplants - the patient was a teenager and therefor Doug's patient.

Maybe it's because she wasn't playing the nurse Hathaway we knew & loved? She was a different version of Carol, in her corporate suit and high heels. I like Nurse Carol better.

Probably nobody :(

At least according to Woman's World magazine, the series finale aired March 12 :(

If there are only 2 left then one Thursday we don't have an episode... it must be in 2 weeks. Because it said all new next week and the series finale :sad1: is April 2.

There are still 3 to go and according to Wikipedia the last show will be 2 hours and will be preceded by a 1 hour retrospective. :thumbsup2

Well, they had a preview for next week after the show last night. It said ALL NEW ER, so they are not done yet......

I was mad that they didn't ask about Carter too. At least, when they heard a doctor in Chicago got the kidney; didn't they think they might have known the doctor?

Marsha

Marsha

They were in bed asleep and probably wouldn't have thought of it.

He's not, he would have been the 16yo's Dr in the ER. He was just helping Carol with the grandmother.

Series Finale is April 2nd............and rumor has it that Rachel Greene (Dr. Greene's daughter) comes back as an intern so the circle will be complete.

This is not right because there are 3 shows left. They have been doing a count down.

Whew! Thanks, everyone! I didn't remember seeing anything in TV Guide - and they'd have indicated on that 'especially worth watching page' when it's a show's season or series finale, but...

I have seen every episode of this show and will be so sad when it ends! Guess I will have to get all 15 seasons on DVD! LOL!

I always enjoyed the relationship between Carter and Benton and liked seeing them together again last night. Reese is 13?? OMG!

I have seen every episode of ER as well. And honestly I think they should have pulled the plug a long time ago. I thought there was a natural ending to the show when Carter decided to leave to go back to Africa. He was the last original cast member of the show to leave. And it just seemed fitting to let the show end at that time. I was really surprised that they brought the show back for 4 more years.

I can't believe tonight is the night... I am excited to see the epi but I don't want it to end... the clips are making me miss the "old" ER :sad1:

I just watched last Thursday's episode. I thought the camp theme was a little cheesy, but can I just say, "Go, Archie!" :woohoo:He had the moves and the voice.

When they had the preview for the last episode, I choked up a little. I'm sad to see it go.:sad1:

I was reading about it online, and the camp that they had last week is a camp that really does exist. They wanted to draw attention to it.

Is Sherry Stringfield coming back tonight, or has she already been back and I missed it?

You haven't missed her yet. She comes back tonight. Along with Laura Innes(Kerry Weaver).
