Epcot Food and Wines and Bands

On the DIS Home page, when you click on the link to the F&W Event, it lists the bands that are playing. When we are there, we are interested in the Commodores and Three Dog Night.

My question is where do they play? Wondered if they play on an outdoor stage like the one in United Kingdom (and to all Epcot guests) or do they play at a special event, such as the one in the former Millenium Village?

The "Eat to the Beat" concert series takes place on the stage at the American Adventure, for all to see and hear.

I notice that the Commodores are performing on 25th October, which is the day we check in. Do you know what time they appear on stage - we could get over to Epcot realistically from about 7pm onwards.
