OK so whos going to be the person to tell us what the Sam Adams festival beer is this year?

My gut feeling is either a coffee stout or blackberry wheat - this is what they have been pouring and asking folks to vote on at beer festivals (I wasn't crazy about either).

Ack, sorry I didn't scan the map! It was pretty much, come home, scan pictures, post, collapse into bed. The scanner is hooked up to DH's computer so I'll see if I can get something done asap but we have to leave for work in just a few.

And we're going to go check out what the festival beer is this year, but we're not holding our breaths that it's anything different from the Winter Lager. oh, and Jazcat, I would have LOVED some of the Imperial Pilsner, especially on draft.

OK, now I know I'm a pain ... but could you scan the other side of the brochure - that part that's cut off when you get a chance?
We don't go until the last weekend, but I must plan!!

Did someone ask in this thread about the gift card? Argh, getting busy at work now and trying to keep things straight. We love to use gift cards for FWF because one, it keeps AmEx from calling us and wondering why we have 50 different small charges, and two, it keeps a running countdown of how much money we have left on the cards, since three, our birthdays are today and tomorrow (DH, mine, respectively) and our families give us Visa gift cards to use at FWF.

Is using a gift card (like the ones sold at the F&W Festival) any different than using an AmEx card? Just curious.

I know this is a lot to ask but anyway to add the DDP symbol to the score cards. Thanks for your hard work. I plan on printing these out and using them so my mom and I can compare our scores.

I'm glad Deb's update on the booth menus was wrong. We are looking forward to the Creme Brulee in France and when I saw the sorbets listed on hers instead of the Creme Brulee I was quite upset. No hopefully someone will post pictures of the actual booth menus soon so we can see all the prices.
