Email Address For Dde

Does anyone know the email address for the DDE?
I ordered my card 3/21, I have the email, which I
know will work..but my c/c hasn't been charged
yet. we leave 4 weeks from today and
I am still hopeful I can get the "real" card in time.

Instead of sending them an Email, I would call them directly to get the info. I called on the status of my card today and was told when approximately it would arrive at my house.
