elevators at POR?

Are there elevators at POR? I looked around on here and on allears to see if I could find something but, no luck. I will be traveling with my mother of 80 years old in January and we will probably rent a wheelchair for the trip.

There definitely are elevators in the mansion section. I don't believe there are in the bayou section, but I may be remembering incorrectly there.

There are elevators in Magnolia Bend and no elevators in Alligator Bayou.

Yes, they are in the Masions section. Beware, they can be far away from your room. I'd ask for one close to the elevator. Or, you can request a 1st floor room.

Not on bayou side, which I prefer as far as location, BUT, there are ramp ups to first floor rooms (and corner rooms have double windows)....request it for "medical reason" and they are very good at working with you.

Thanks so much for the replies! I will try to get a room in the Bayou on the first floor and let disney work their magic. This past march we stayed at YC and requested a room near the elevator and found out that we didnt get in upon check in. They immediately switched our room and gave us one that was 4 doors down from an elevator, phew! Hope we have that good of a experience again!
