EEEE GADS!!! This trip is making me nuts!

So I grabbed 3 rooms at the Marriott in DTD at the grat $20.03 rate, knowing I could get someone to go with me. My friend and her son decide to come with me and 4 of my kids. They'll have 1 room, I'll have 2 lots of space for everyone! She decides to ask her friend and her two children. They say yes. So they will share a room I'll still havemy space. I also book 3 rooms at Portofino. My friends friend changes her mind, so I cancel one room at the Portofino. Then my friend says her sister and her nephew want to come. Ok, so now it will be nine of us going. We decide to just keep it at 2 rooms at Portofino. They will stay 2 nights, and leave on a Sunday.
Now my brain is thinking "Why not stay a couple of extra days?" So my husband says he will fly in to help me drive home. I tell him let's stay a few days with you. Great it's a plan! I'm keeping the 2 rooms! They fly out while he flies in!
Then last week my friends sister decides she can't go. No big deal. Now My friends friend says her and her kids are going to come after all. Well I'll believe it when they have their airplane tickets booked and paid for.
I don't have a problem with the I'm going, no I'm not stuff. What I am starting to feel slightly frustrated with is not knowing how many people in order to book reservations/get tickets for other things. I would just book for me and my kids, but if these other people don't go I would feel awful leaving my friend's son behind (she on the other hand will be content to sit by the pool) because he is like another son to me. So that is my problem.
To top it off, my husband is very happy at the prospect of possibly doing a job in Baltimore (he has a meeting about it this week). When I asked him when it would happen he was vague about the date and said "Oh around the end of Aug." Yes he will owe me big time if it is the week we are supposed to spend together.
Thanks for listening, and no matter who goes or doesn't go...... I'm still going!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure everything will work itself out and you'll have a great time, with or without your friends, sister, cousin, hamsters, etc.

LOL I guess the name does fit!!!! The funny thing about this whole situation is that I never said to ask anyone else. I think my friend got so excited about me getting the Marriott so cheap she just got carried away telling and asking other people to go. She was still telling people about it this weekend at a party. She feels the more the merrier, while I am feeling like I want to book the tickets for a character meal but don't know how many LOL!
Oh well, whatever way it goes we will have fun (we always do, we're kind of like Lucy and Ethel).
