ebay changes: Only + Feedback for Buyers?!?

Are they serious?

According to the new ebay changes you can only leave positive feedback for a buyer. To me that is crazy. A bad buyer is just as bad as a bad seller if not worse. If you encounter a bad seller then chances are that paypal will refund your money. As a seller you risk losing money, fees, shipping, and your product/item to a bad buyer.
