Okay, so for the next two weeks I have the following so far:
Week 1
-BBQ chicken thighs with corn on the cob and rolls
-Steak with a Shallot Wine reduction with baked potatoes
-Tuna Melts
-Italian baked pork chops with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots
-(Need another meal here)
*Special Treat* Pineapple upside down cake
Week 2
-Hot Dogs with baked beans and corn on the cob
-Italian Style Meat loaf with roasted or mashed potatoes and green beans
-Something from the freezer case that can get tossed in the oven (tuesday's are REALLY bad days for us)
-(Need another meal here)

If I figure out what to cook that last week, I'll update.
